We have a great opportunity to join our education team as Head of Education at HMP Five Wells (Wellingborough) for Novus, our prison education provider, offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.
What the role entails:
As Head of Education at HMP Five Wells, you will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running, management, and coordination of the service within an establishment, working directly with the prison Director and education lead. You will drive excellence in teaching and learning by coordinating effective quality assurance.

HMP Five Wells in Wellingborough costing £253m in 2022 accommodating 1,680 residents. We are committed to celebrating diversity and promoting equality throughout our services and inside the Five Wells communities. Our aim is to make Five Wells a better place to live, work and visit by engaging with and empowering staff, prisoners’ agencies, and leaders. As well as not having bars on windows, we will provide residents - with access to a gym, snooker table, table tennis table and a tablet to gain new qualifications.
