Total People, one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to come and join our team in the position of Senior Business Development Manager.
In this role you will work closely with the operational teams and manage a high quality, customer facing multi-channel customer engagement operation whilst driving sales, business development, account retention and customer service, across all apprenticeship programmes.
Manage the team on a customer first, business generation and retention process while maximizing opportunities in a range of products using multiple funding methods.
Generate opportunities and income for all apprenticeship programmes in line with budgets and forecast targets and accurately record and report the same.
Work closely with the learner and recruitment team to meet learner recruitment and vacancy filling.
To manage the team and lead on the identification, solutions and securing of new business for large levy clients and SME growth across all apprenticeship.
To set, manage and measure team targets, ensuring sales and engagement targets are achieved across all apprenticeship programmes in line with budgeted forecasts.
This role is offered on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) on hybrid basis (remote and at our Openshaw Campus).
