What the role entails
As a support and progression Manager you will be guiding young people through the education induction process, supporting them through initial assessments, gathering background information and creating learning plans. You will manage a caseload of young people through their education journey focussing on planning for release, attending multi-agency meetings and building relationships with education, training, and employment providers in the community.
