We have an exciting opportunity at our City Centre Campus to join our Media Department as a Department Team Leader on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis.
As a member of the College Management Team, and one of a team of Departmental Team Leaders within your area, you will report to the Head of Department Curriculum in the management and operation of the Department. You will be required to deliver and promote high quality, student focused teaching and learning. You will be required to co-ordinate and monitor internal and external standards. You will be responsible for line management of teaching and support staff as allocated by the Head of Department to ensure delivery of an outstanding quality focused education. You will work with the Head of Department for Curriculum, Tutorial & Support and Essential Skills to ensure the effective management and deployment of resources in line with budget allocations. Your role will include the collection, analysis and reporting of data.
