We have a great opportunity to join the education team at HMP Stafford as a Barbering Trainer offered on a Permanent basis, working 24 hours per week.

What the role entails
As the Barbering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-focused vocational training. We are looking to recruit a trainer experienced in barbering to train our learners up to level 2 in Barbering. We have a fully equipped shop which also serves as a barber shop facility for the prison.
Teaching experience is not essential, but we are looking for enthusiasm, drive and commitment to working in a prison environment.
HMP Stafford is a safe working environment, we work with sex-offenders and have a great team of staff.
The hours of work are 24 over 3 days. We can be flexible about which days.
