What the role entails
In this newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to accelerate with pace the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) agenda within the Group.
Reporting to the Group Operations Managing Director you will lead on the development of LTE Group’s EDI Strategic plans, working in conjunction with key stakeholders. Provide and implement solutions to complex equality, diversity and inclusion challenges within the framework of relevant legislation and to ensure the provision of a high standard of advice, support and delivery across the Group on EDI matters.
The post-holder is expected to deliver expert advice and guidance, develop and implement strategic policies, practices and action plans to ensure that we not only meet our EDI duties, aims and objectives, but also that equality, diversity and inclusion supports and enables the pursuit of excellence in all that we do.
The Group EDI Lead is required to be proactive in keeping abreast with developments in equality, diversity and inclusion across the Education sector and beyond and any changes in relevant legislation are communicated, keeping up to date with local and national initiatives.

The role is on a fixed term (2 years), full time (37 hours per week) basis.
