This is an exciting opportunity for HMP Lindholme, who are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner specialising in Construction (Multi-Skills) on permanent, full time (37 hours basis).
The role requires you to develop and support learners within the construction workshop environment. Novus is a specialist Prison Education provider working across England and Wales. What the role entails
The role is to facilitate and support learners within the construction workshop. The candidate will need to be IT competent, confident in group settings and is keen to work in learning and skills. The opportunity is a great introduction to prison education, with an opportunity to access further qualifications for growth in the future. The successful candidate will be supported and directed by the Construction Trainer managing the workshop areas.
