Our Sales Consultants sell our range of professional qualifications across a wide variety of industries. Using excellent product knowledge and skilful questioning you’ll match the right product to meet a customer’s needs to help them reach their goal of achieving their professional qualification.
Our courses are designed so learners can study how, where and when they want to. We have expert tutors, an innovative Virtual Learning Environment and high quality learning materials so we offer the best learning experience.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for the world of education, who’ll put the learner experience at the heart of everything they do. You’ll need to demonstrate a strong desire to pro-actively contact and work with customers to identify their needs and to sell our products. You should be a good empathetic listener with the ability to establish rapport and close a sale. This is primarily a Business to Consumer (B2C) role with some focus on identifying Business to Business (B2B) opportunities.
The role is telephone based with the flexibility to work remotely as well as from one of our Northwest and Greater Manchester sites. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus and provide you with all the equipment and support you need to enable you to work remotely.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
