Total People are looking to recruit a Quality Manager to work as a key player within its Business Improvement Team to drive continuous improvement of the learning experience at Total People.
We are looking for someone who has a good level of experience within a similar quality management role, with knowledge and experience of work-based learning, preparation for and inspection, and driving improvement across multiple funding streams, programmes and sectors.
You will need to be driven team player, accustomed to working in a fast paced and complex environment and dedicated to seeing plans through to making a measurable difference to the learning experience.
The Quality Manager will work across all sectors and programmes, as well as different management levels of Total People. You will need to be a strong communicator, able to easily build effective working relationships.
Reporting into the Business Improvement Director, you will need to be able to undertake analysis of a wide range of information and data in order to drive decision making, prioritisation, and planning for improvement. You may lead some improvement projects, as determined by the Business Improvement Director.
The role will require prior experience and capability in pulling together reports and information to be presented to a range of internal and external audiences, and so will suit someone with an appropriate eye for detail and ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications. Due to the nature of this post you must be willing to travel to various locations Nationally and be able to stay overnight when the need to arises.
Although often working remotely you will become an integral part of the wider Business Improvement Directorate at Total People we have a team of dedicated colleagues on hand to support you and you will be provided with all the equipment to enable you to work remotely.

Maintenance of a policy register, including ensuring that policies are reviewed, published and key changes effectively communicated across the whole organisation
