At Novus, we have a great opportunity to join the education team at HMP Hull as an Employment and Resettlement Co-ordinator a permanent, part time basis, working 18.5 hours per week.
As an Employment and Resettlement Co-ordinator you will be Responsible for the development, planning & implementation of site employer and client engagement/recruitment strategies which fully align local plans with local labour market demands, ensuring the curriculum offer and employment pathway within clusters meets the needs of offenders, employers and stakeholders.
You will actively promote the Novus apprenticeship offer, identifying and recruiting employers to engage within the programmes various levels to ensure activity is coordinated to achieve the required outcomes for learners and employers.
Work with lead Governors and HoLSEs, local providers, employers and JCP in order to create job opportunities for prisoners on ROTL and release.
