Client Engagement Manager
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and charismatic Client Engagement Manager with a passion for developing new client relationships to join our team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating Novus Works Target Operating Model (TOM) and other contracts/projects
related to Novus Works and wider partnerships.
Novus Works operates in prisons across England and Wales, delivering training to ensure that prison leavers are equipped with the right skills, qualifications and attitude, so they can progress into work
The focus of the role will be to ensure efficient and effective implementation of Novus Works within the Lot/geography related to Probation, through the gate prison services and in partnership with senior HMPPS, DWP, Voluntary sector CRC/Probation services leaders and managers.
You will be responsible and accountable for strategic quality improvement and quality assurance of all of the Novus works TOM services and projects and supervision of relevant personnel. Strategic planning and influencing of key stakeholders, employers, partners and supply chain partners
To be successful as a Client Engagement Manager you will need the following experience and knowledge:
Significant experience of effective leadership/co-ordination of teams across multiple sites.
Significant experience of effective contract management across multiple sites.
Significant experience of identifying and driving quality improvements in learning and skills.
Experience effective budget and resource planning and management.
Evidence of successful collaborative working with partners and stakeholders.
Successful action planning to meet agreed targets.
Experience of managing education contracts preferable but not essential.
Skills and behaviours required to be successful as a Client Engagement Manager
A blend of management, technical, creative and business skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload alongside strong project management skills.
Ability to present solutions to clients in both formal and informal environments.
Achievement of performance and quality targets.
Planning & development of processes.
Fulfil delivery targets and plans.
Accurate and timely reports.
Proactive team working.
Effective communication.
Excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office packages.
Creative thinker, with an open mind to explore new areas and opportunities.
Enthusiastic and passionate about learning.
Unique character with great charisma.
Use of a car and a clean driving licence Able to work flexible hours and commit to overnight stays as and when required
