Total People are looking to recruit a Learning Coach who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring and assessing students on the Level 7 Senior People Professional Standard.
You will be required to visit apprentices in their workplace support them to use the knowledge that they have gained through the apprenticeship into their job role. The learning coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery through teaching sessions that will be run online and face to face, reviewing apprentices progress against the learning plan. You will be required to complete guidance and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship.
You will need to have worked at the level of a HR Business partner, manager, Director or equivalent to enable you to mentor and support apprentices that are undertaking this Level 7 routeway.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications. Due to the nature of this post you must be willing to travel to various locations within Nationally and be able to stay overnight when the need to arises.
