Job description
Exciting opportunity for an Interim Senior Administrator (Bid Coordinator) to join LTE Group.
LTE Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator (Bid Coordinator) on a fixed term (12 months maternity cover), full time (37 hours per week) basis starting asap to ensure training with current post holder.
Working as part of a busy and successful bid
team, the Bid Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team in its main purpose - developing high quality tender submissions. This will entail project management responsibilities, pipeline management and reporting, and administrative support & co-ordination relating to the day-to-day operation of the team.

To be successful in the role of Bid Coordinator you will need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create complex project plans using MS Project – formal MS Project training is desirable
Able to use standard MS Office products to an advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
High levels of personal organisation
Good organisational and time management skills
Minute taking
Ability to multi task
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of different tasks concurrently
