We have a great opportunity to join our Education team as a Trainer –Customer Services for Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Pentonville, on a permanent, part time (16 hours per week) basis.

What the role entails
As the Trainer - Customer Service you will be responsible for delivering high quality, learner-focused vocational training. You would have a caseload of no more than 25 learners at one point, supporting the learner’s needs to progress through the course in a vocational setting. You will need to be mobile between the 4 industries areas that we have on-site, support the learner’s knowledge development of the course and assess their implementation of the skills in a workplace environment.
