This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a small team reporting into the Customer Experience Manager, you will provide a world class support service to all our customers and fulfil your objectives to ensure Total People reaches its sales, financial and growth targets and supports our LTE group goals.
Handling customer’s queries regarding a wide range of apprenticeship learning products in various industries, providing excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
You will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload. You will have a genuine passion for the world of education, putting the client experience and their learners at the heart of everything you do.
You will be able to build effective client relationships as well as the ability to network with wider colleagues within the LTE Group and external stakeholders.
This role allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from one of our Northwest and Greater Manchester sites. From time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations nationwide.
