We have a great opportunity to join the education team at HMYOI Cookham Wood as a Trainer– Animal Care Management on a permanent, full-time 37 hours per week, basis.

What the role entails
As the Teacher in Animal Care Management, you will be responsible to teach and to develop and deliver high quality, learner focused education. You will work with other HMPPS partners to develop young people to become mentors and contribute effectively to their communities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the prison to develop a small animal unit and set up a learning programme for animal care.
The groups here are small with no more than 8 children.
