As a Learner Support Assistant, you will provide additional support for learners aged 16 to 24 with Special Educational Needs Disabilities (SEND) under the direction of the class tutor, enabling these learners with a SEND to engage and progress in line with their peers.
You will support learners who are undertaking level 1 and 2 employability qualifications, as well as maths and English, and personal development activities, during their main classroom sessions, in small groups or on a one to one basis.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week at our training centres in Cheshire, due to the nature of the provision you must be willing to travel to all our training centres within Cheshire.
