At MOL we are currently developing, reviewing and improving our new CIPD programmes at Level 3, 5 and 7 for the new syllabus. We run Classroom based, Live Online and On Demand versions of the new CIPD programmes, meaning the majority of our learners are online, and are national or international.
We are looking for someone who has a background in HR, CIPD tutoring, or online qualifications, who would like to work with us on these.
We are constantly improving how we run things with feedback from learners, tutors and MOL staff and we work within a Product Management methodology framework meaning this role will be balancing the needs of learners, business areas and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who understands the CIPD qualifications and has an idea for what makes a good learner experience. The ideal candidate will like problem solving and can own a task. You will be working closely with all areas of MOL in order to get things done so being able to build good relationships is also important. As the majority of our learners now study online, you’ll also need to have a passion for, or understanding of online learning and the new ways learners like to study professional qualifications.
This is a great role for someone who wants to use their HR knowledge or experience to support the HR professionals of tomorrow. Alternatively, this could be a great role for someone who has teaching or online delivery experience, but wants to get into the world of professional HR qualifications.
