We have a great opportunity to join our Education team as a Cover Tutor on a ADHOC basis for Novus, our prison education provider. The vision for the Education, Skills and Work provision at the various sites in London is to ensure that Prisoners in our care realise their full potential through Education, Skills and Work
This cover Tutor role is specialised in the following area: Functional Skills English and Functional Skills Maths and is offered on a flexible basis, working various hours across a variety of sites. You will be based in the London region, which includes the following prisons: HMP Brixton, HMP Feltham, HMP High Down, HMP Isis (primarily), HMP Pentonville, HMP Thameside, HMP Wandsworth, HMP Wormwood Scrubs.
What the role entails
As a Tutor you will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality, learner focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with Novus policies and procedure, supporting learners and colleagues alike to ensure the best outcome for all who work within our sector.
