We have a great opportunity to join our Careers, Employability and Business Relations Team as an Apprentice Business & Support Administrator on a fixed term (2 years), full time 37 hours per week basis.
This role will be cross-site at The Manchester College, though primarily based at Openshaw. As careers and employability are at the heart of the Further Education and skills development, this department remains focused on Industry Excellence for both 16-18 year olds and adults. We believe that the fastest way for professionals to accelerate their careers is through experience to develop personable skills and embed technical expertise.
The Business & Support Administrator will support all administrative enquiries and system support for the Business Relations - Careers, Employability & Partnerships team. This team resides in The Manchester College, as part of the LTE Group. As an apprentice you would be undertaking L3 Business admin qualification through Total People whilst you’d benefit from wider learning through additional Employer engagement and continual professional development.
In order to do this role, you will need:
Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
English GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
Experience of working within a work-based learning environment
Experience of working within a careers and / or an Employability focused environment
Experience of funding and delivery of Apprenticeships and other courses
