Total People are looking to recruit a Learning Coach to work within our childcare and education cluster. To predominantly support apprentices on the level 3 Teaching Assistant Standard.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in schools, and has a real passion for supporting and developing apprentices who work in schools.
You will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload.
The learning coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications. Due to the nature of this post you must be willing to travel to various locations nationally.
Delivery of these Standards encompasses, coaching and observation of practice. The Learning Coach will also be responsible for delivering one to one coaching, remote and face to face assessment including observations of practice.
Although often working remotely you will become an integral part of the wider Childcare and Education Cluster. At Total People we have a team of dedicated colleagues on hand to support you and you will be provided with all the equipment to enable you to work remotely.
