We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Lead HGV to lead the quality assurance of the delivery of standards across the HGV provision within Total People. You will support the tutors and Learning Coaches in delivery of an outstanding programme that meets the apprentices and employers needs. Additionally, you will ensure that the training centres have the correct equipment and are Health and Safety compliant and fit with industry standards for delivery of the apprenticeship standards and EPA.
You will need to be driven and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload and have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting our learners at the heart of everything you do. You need to have an excellent understanding of the delivery of Apprenticeship standards and be able to support the development of the various apprenticeship standards that we deliver within our HGV provision. To be the primary lead with the EPA organisations that we use within this sector. Have experience of being part of inspections and the Education Inspection Framework to support your teams through this process and to support the organisations journey to Outstanding.
You will be able to build effective client relationships with the Tutors/learning coaches and our internal quality team and be able to work closely with employers to support the development of bespoke apprenticeship programmes.
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach. Location is flexible, but you will be required to attend skills centres on a regular basis.
This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, however consideration will be given to any part time applications.
