We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Facilities Service Manager (Premises) on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
The purpose of this role is to manage the College Facilities team, primarily around the soft FM provision. To proactively review and manage the premises procedures and processes to ensure a compliant, effective, and efficient operational service. There would also be a requirement to support other service managers within the team.
