Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Systems Project Officer (iTrent System) to join our fast-paced HR Shared Services team where you will report to the HR Systems Project Manager and work closely with the wider team. This is a critical role and you will take the lead on high-profile HR systems projects to analyse business needs and translate these into system specifics in order to configure, develop and maintain Group HR systems, interfaces and processes that are fit for purpose. It is an essential requirement that you have significant experience working with the iTrent system.
- You will pro-actively identify, develop and implement improvements to HR systems, processes and policies to improve the efficiency of the HR service.
- Support with integrating HR systems and associated processes across the Group.
- Build a good working knowledge of the functionality and data structures within Group HR systems, and interfaces, in order to maintain and develop functionality in line with business needs.
- Provide first line support for resolving HR system related issues and implementing upgrades, functionality and configuration changes as appropriate.
- Use a structured project management approach for all projects with clear communication plans.
- You will create, amend and update relevant documentation and guides for the different system users.
- Train and support colleagues during roll-out of new or updated functionality.
- Work with internal and external customers including providing updates at meetings.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules and other relevant legislation and codes of practice.
