We have a great opportunity to join the IT Services Team as a 3rd Line Technician Team Leader on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis.
As a Third line Technician Team Leader you will responsiblefor providing customers with IT technical support service to all the users ofthe Group's IT services in a flexible and efficient manner. Adhering to thegood practice across the team to assist with continuous development. Diagnoseand resolve all hardware/software, desktop and telecoms problem within theagreed SLA. Researching and developing new solutions to resolve complex issues.
