Join us in our journey to amazing and become a Student Experience Support Practitioner on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
Provide focused intervention for the most vulnerable “At Risk” students through a variety of supportive interactions.
Following training, act as one of the College's Designated Safeguarding Persons, supporting staff and students.
Creatively support the delivery and promotion of a calendar of activities and events across campus as directed by the Student Experience Team Leader.
Support a caseload of LACs and Care Leavers.
Supporting the development of employability and volunteering opportunities.

In order to do this, you will need:
Experience of working or volunteering with Young People and / or Vulnerable Adults.
Qualified to at least Level 3.
Hold a minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics
A Coaching / Mentoring /Teaching / Youth Work and/or
Safeguarding Experience essential
