As a Cluster Manager you will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of the ‘cluster/sectors’ including management of learning coaches and other colleagues where relevant, ensuring implementation and effective operation of end to end learner journey processes, curriculum design and innovation, learner progression and quality of provision. This role is on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
The operational areas will mainly focus on delivering qualifications in areas of Refrigeration and air-conditioning, Electrical and construction who will focus on delivering a variety of apprenticeships at different levels, therefore highly effective management skills and a proven record of managing people to meet key performance indicators is essential for this role.
