We have a great opportunity to join the Information Services Team as an End User Computing Team Leader on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As an End User Computing Team Leader, you will be accountable for all EUC activities and facilities across the estate of circa 15,000 devices. Responsible for ensuring that the End User Computing team and associated 3rd parties are meeting and performing against SLA’s and KPI’s. Working with internal standards and procedures as well as industry best practices such as Cyber Essentials + and ISO 20000:1.

In order to do this role, you will need:
Microsoft qualifications related to Windows, End Point Manager & associated Microsoft cloud
technologies such as Azure AD and System Centre (especially SCCM)
Must be a CAB Member
Experience in a similar level technical role and in the IT industry
IT experience in end user computing systems
Expertise in ITIL processes and industry best practice in service request and fulfilment. Including
using service management tools
Proven success managing high performing teams
Experience of managing a team of direct reports and developing individuals
Excellent leadership and people management experience
Used to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Drivers licences (willingness to drive to different places of work within and throughout Greater Manchester)
