We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Human Resource Advisor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a Regional HR Advisor, you will be the interface between HR and Operations across the Region. Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for a true generalist role; coaching and supporting managers in a wide aspect of employee relations, including the management of performance and the reduction of disciplinary, grievance and absence issues, whilst promoting a positive and rewarding working culture to increase employee engagement and reducing employee turnover.
You are required to hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, with experience of working operationally with a wide variety of stakeholders. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to build relationships and be a proven influencer, with experience of delivery of elements of people strategy during periods of continuous change.
