We have a great opportunity to join the HR Team as an Employee Relations Case Worker on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
You will provide HR operational support, advice and guidance to line managers within the designated business area.
You will implement HR initiatives covering case management and HR polices and processes.
Deal with escalated queries from HR Shared Service and line managers to provide swift resolution with specified timescales.
Working closely with the ER Caseworker, HR Advisor and HRBP teams. Have a good understanding of best practise and legislative requirements of various HR activities and particularly employee relations matters. Update and maintain the case management system and provide regular reports at team meetings.
In order to do this role you will need:
Educated to degree Level in HR related subject or equivalent CIPD qualification (Level 5)
Demonstrable experience of working as a HR generalist, preferably within a shared services environment
Experience of coaching, providing advice and guidance to line managers
Demonstrable knowledge of current HR employment law and legislation
Experience of coaching staff and providing advice and guidance
Commitment to undertake CPD
