We have a great opportunity to join the HR Team as a HR/Resourcing Administrator on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a HR/Resourcing Administrator you will be acting as the first
point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To be familiar with HR/Recruitment policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information. Seeing the recruitment process from end to end. Processing new starters, sick pay/maternity & paternity pay/adoption leave.
The LTE group structure encompasses the strengths of each of our individual organisations (The Manchester College, Novus, MOL and LTE) allowing them the freedom to focus on their own learners, colleagues, stakeholders and communities, whilst providing the support and added value of a Group. In order to do this role you will need:
Previous HR/Recruitment Administration Experience
Level 2 English and Maths
Demonstrable customer service experience
Excellent organisational skills, managing own workload to meet tight deadlines
Conscientious with a high attention to detail
