We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus Manchester to join our Student Experience and Support Department as a Careers and Welfare Site Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

Benefits
The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the delivery of the Careers & Welfare service on sites in liaison with the Manager and other Site Leaders. The aim is to ensure an informed and effective CEIAG (Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance) service is delivered to individuals and groups of clients, to support enrolment, progression, retention, and achievement of learners within TMC, and to work with key stakeholders to maximise learners’ positive destinations.
