LTE Group has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Group Marketing and External Relations Department. The role is available on either a permanent, part-time basis (22.2 hours, 3 days a week) or a fixed-term (12 months), full-time basis (37 hours per week). Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester.

This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your creative skills within a high-performing, creative studio environment where design, creative and digital services and expertise are harnessed to provide a first-class marketing and communications service. This is an integral role within the department and predominantly supports the work of our Business Development team, developing inspiring and effective design solutions for online and offline communications.

Role Responsibilities

• Experienced designer with strong creative vision, delivering engaging materials across the business
  Works with marketing teams to maintain creative standards and support campaigns
  Acts as a brand ambassador, protecting and promoting LTE Group’s image
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
  Working knowledge of After Effects and web/digital tools (HTML, CSS, CMS)
• Manages workload effectively, meets deadlines and supports Marketing team needs
  Maintains accurate records, follows processes and communicates well with stakeholders
• Tracks and reports on creative activity to measure impact and performance

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of technical / software skills - including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Microsoft Office
• High awareness of design and communication trends
• To be a role model for the organisation, demonstrating the organisation’s values at all times and being an advocate for creative excellence and cultural change
• Demonstrable job-related experience required
• Professionally trained creative in graphic / digital with experience of delivering creative solutions for multichannel marketing
• Outstanding examples of campaigns, projects & time management skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage activities with competing deadlines
