Total People are looking to recruit a Apprenticeship Support Officer on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis, predominately Crewe and Northwich area.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Apprenticeship Support Officer to join Total People, one of the North West’s leading apprenticeship and work-based learning providers. You will support learners and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring a high-quality experience from enrolment to completion.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and skills development, with the ability to engage and support individuals to achieve their career goals. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential, alongside a learner-focused approach.

You will play a key role in helping individuals gain real-world experience, qualifications, and sustainable employment, contributing to Total People’s mission to improve lives through learning and skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate all EPA activity, including bookings, cancellations, resits, and pre-EPA preparation, and provide post-EPA communication and feedback to learners.
• Ensure full compliance with EPAO requirements and guidelines at all times.
• Produce and maintain a rolling 12-month schedule of Gateways and EPAs, ensuring visibility for all relevant stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Curriculum and Performance Managers and the Operations Manager to plan Gateway and End Point Assessments (EPAs) in a timely manner, ensuring efficient use of resources, including workshops, vehicles, and colleague time.
• Produce management information and reports identifying trends and outcomes across Gateway and EPA components, and contribute to monthly reporting with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of invoicing and cost processing for employers and EPAOs.
